Agency relationships are the backbone of the real estate business. Licensees are bound to a legal fiduciary relationship. The purpose of the RELRA is to protect the consumer from sloppy and unscrupulous practices. Licensees have a duty of good faith, trust, confidence and candor acting for their client’s benefit for the duration of the relationship. This course will refresh licensees on the agency relationships as well as provide them with tools to overcome objectives in having these conversations with consumers.

• This course will provide 3.5 hours of continuing education (including 3 hours of mandatory, and .5 hours towards elective)
• This course will not provide continuing education credit to those licensed on or after December 1, 2023*
• Pre-registration through your GPAR portal is required at www.gpar.org. Your registration will allow you to obtain the link to the Zoom classroom directly in your member portal.
• Attendees must appear live on camera at all times during the class. Cell phone use or performing other tasks is strictly prohibited during the class.
• Course is FREE to all members in good standing of GPAR
