FREE Continuing Education

GPAR has partnered with Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy (JBREA) to provide our members with three continuing education opportunities FREE of charge. Before registering, please read this important information and ZOOM classroom requirements to earn credit for either course.

Pre-registration through GPAR is required to receive the class login link and certificate of completion.
ZOOM screenname must match the name as it appears on your license.
Attendees must appear live on camera at all times.
Strictly prohibited: cell phone use, performing other tasks or driving in a vehicle.
Registrants will receive their link to the class upon completion of their registration by clicking on the link in their email receipt “View Registration Description”. Please remember to save this receipt with link.
48 hours prior to course, a reminder email with link will be sent out to email address in each registrant’s member record.

Certificate of completion will be sent by the Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy.
You must have an initial licensure date prior to December 1, 2021, to use these courses towards your license renewal (those licensed on or after December 1, 2021, are required to complete the mandatory 14-hours of post licensure coursework for their first renewal. If licensed December 1, 2023, or after, you will not complete continuing education this cycle but still must renew your license by the May 31 deadline.)
