Designations signify that a REALTOR® has taken a prescribed course of education, typically, at a higher level than other real estate courses. These courses help members increase skills, proficiency, and knowledge within a particular real estate discipline.

New Member Orientation
The National Association of REALTORS® mandates attendance at a New Member Orientation as well as completing 2 hours, 30 minutes of a new member Code of Ethics Course. Orientation is held in the GPAR classroom at 123 S. Broad Street, Suite 600. All in-person classes are suspended at this time. Applicants will receive a link to complete mandatory online training and are also encouraged to attend the numerous virtual professional development sessions offered. Those opportunities are emailed to all members as they are added to the calendar.
