Designations

Designations signify that a REALTOR® has taken a prescribed course of education, typically, at a higher level than other real estate courses. These courses help members increase skills, proficiency, and knowledge within a particular real estate discipline.

New Member Orientation

The National Association of REALTORS® mandates attendance at a New Member Orientation as well as completing 2 hours, 30 minutes of a new member Code of Ethics Course. Orientation is held in the GPAR classroom at 123 S. Broad Street, Suite 600, Philadelphia, PA 19109.

Pre-Licensing & Continuing Education Courses

GPAR helps provide the necessary continuing education and pre-licensing courses required by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission by affiliating with a school operated by the Polley Associates School of Real Estate
