2027 Easy Pay Installment Plan
Thank you for your membership with the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®. As we approach the renewal deadline of January, GPAR will once again offer primary members in good standing the opportunity to enroll in the Easy Pay Installment Plan. The plan will allow members to elect to make five (5) installment payments, September through January, to pay their 2027 dues.
The Easy Pay Installment Plan is available only via credit or debit card and will require members to submit the enrollment form linked below. This plan is available to offer members a more convenient option to pay their 2027 dues. Invoicing will occur in mid-September and the total dues for the 2027 renewal are $649. The following payment schedule will be followed:

Thursday, September 10, 2026
*The final day to enroll is Thursday, September 30, 2026. If you enroll after the posting date of Payment 1, you will be charged on the date you enrolled*

Thursday, October 8, 2026
Payment #3 $150
Thursday, November 12, 2026
Payment #4 $150
Thursday, December 10, 2026
Payment #5 $ 49
(PLUS any RPAC contribution)
Thursday, January 7, 2027
The Easy Pay enrollment closes on September 30, 2026 at 5 PM.
Dues are non-refundable as of January 1, 2027.
