This course takes a deep dive into Fair Housing laws at both the federal and state level. Not only do we discuss the laws and how to follow them, but we also cover the history of segregation, housing discrimination, steering, and redlining in America.

• This course will provide 3.5 hours of continuing education (including 2 hours of mandatory, and 1.5 hours towards elective)
• This course will not provide continuing education credit to those licensed on or after December 1, 2023*
• Pre-registration through your GPAR portal is required at www.gpar.org. Your registration will allow you to obtain the link to the Zoom classroom directly in your member portal.
• Attendees must appear live on camera at all times during the class. Cell phone use or performing other tasks is strictly prohibited during the class.
• Course is FREE to all members in good standing of GPAR
• Certificate of completion will be received electronically from Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy to the email address you have on file in your GPAR member record. Please ensure accuracy of your email address in your member profile at www.gpar.org.
