Supra recently released an enhancement that allows keyholders to easily see the areas where they have access to listings, all at their fingertips in the eKEY app. The new Organizations screen in the eKEY app shows a list of the primary and secondary organizations in which the keyholder has access. The secondary access list shows organizations that cooperate with the primary – including automatically, manually, or by system code.
This new feature delivers these benefits:
- Agents can confidently communicate to clients where they can show listings.
- Agents can easily see where their key has access, reducing the chance they will go to a listing and not have access.
- Reduces calls from agents to organization staff to find out if they have access to another area.
- Enables the Supra contact center to more quickly get to solving their issue.
Keyholders – quick start: Install the latest version of the eKEY app.
There are two ways to see organizations:
1. From the eKEY home screen, tap on “ > “ next to the primary Organization name near the top of the screen.
2. From the eKEY home screen, tap More […], then About eKEY app, then Organizations.
