FREE Continuing Education

GPAR has partnered with Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy (JBREA) to provide our members with three continuing education opportunities FREE of charge. Before registering, please read this important information and ZOOM classroom requirements to earn credit for either course. These classes will cover the mandatory topics for the 2026 license renewal for those licensed prior to December 1, 2023.

  • Pre-registration through GPAR is required to receive the class login link and certificate of completion.
  • ZOOM screenname must match the name as it appears on your license. 
  • Attendees must appear live on camera at all times. 
  • Strictly prohibited: cell phone use, performing other tasks or driving in a vehicle.
  • Registrants can access their link to the class upon completion of their registration by viewing your education registrations through your member portal.
  • Do not share your classroom link with others. Only registered GPAR members in good standing can receive CE credit(s) for attendance.
  • Certificate of completion will be sent by the Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy electronically to the email address on file in your member record within 15 business days of class completion
  • Is your email address on file with GPAR accurate?

  • Each course will provide 3.5 hours of continuing education for those licensed prior to December 1, 2023, only. For continuing education requirements based on your date of licensure, please visit https://www.gpar.org/2026-pa-license-renewal/.
  • Attendees will be required to complete and submit a Google Form at the end of each class to receive credit for attending.
