Solarize Philly is now open and 2019 is the year to go solar!

Solarize Philly is a citywide program run by the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) to help all Philadelphians go solar. PEA launched Solarize Philly to make the process of installing solar as easy and affordable as possible, while also supporting solar training at the School District of Philadelphia and improving access to clean energy for all neighborhoods. GPAR members register here.

NOW is the time to go solar in Philadelphia for the following three reasons:
1) The 30% federal investment tax credit for solar will start stepping down after 2019

2) City Council recently passed a Solar Rebate bill designed to cut about $1000 off the cost of a typical residential solar project ($0.20/watt)

3) Solarize Philly group buying discounts available on contracts signed before October 31, 2019 (about $2000 for a typical project)

Join us on August 13th from 10 to 11 am to learn how you can cut your electric bill and carbon footprint by going solar. Sign up for a free solar assessment from a pre-approved Solarize Philly installer here.
