The Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® (GPAR) seeks members to serve on the 2022 Board of Directors.
Are you looking to serve others, grow your leadership skills, improve your professional development, build industry relationships and networking opportunities and, most importantly, contribute your creative energy to an association that touches every corner of Philadelphia? If you said yes, then becoming a member of the GPAR Board of Directors might be for you. We are seeking two directors and three line officers for 2022.
As a member of the board, you will help GPAR deliver meaningful value to our more than 3,400 members. You will be involved in Association finances, program development, policy creation and governing, to name a few areas. The board will rely on your experience, knowledge, judgment, communication skills and spirit to advance GPAR initiatives. Finally, as a board member you will be responsible to participate in association activities and meetings.
The first step in the process, which has been established in accordance with our bylaws, is submitting your resume and a completed 2022 Board of Directors Candidate Application Form to matthew@gpar.org by no later than October 12, 2021.
Applicants seeking a Line Officer position – President-Elect, Vice President, or Treasurer – must read this Notice for Publication as well as download, complete and submit a 2022 Line Officer Candidate Application Form to GPAR’s legal counsel.
GPAR’s Nominating Committee is tasked with reviewing applications and identifying members with integrity, professionalism and a history of active involvement and support of GPAR.
