Resimercial Course, Lunch & Building Tour

Wednesday, May 27, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

This course examines the growing convergence between residential and commercial real estate, commonly referred to as the resimercial market. The program is designed to educate licensed real estate professionals on how residential skill sets, transactional knowledge, and market insight translate into commercial and mixed-use environments.
Participants will explore foundational commercial real estate principles, including property types, lease structures, valuation considerations, and transaction differences between residential and commercial real estate. The course further analyzes how resimercial opportunities arise in small mixed-use properties, residential-to-commercial conversions, live-work developments, and neighborhood-scale investment assets.
The course emphasizes professional competency, risk awareness, and ethical responsibility, addressing common challenges encountered when transitioning into commercial and resimercial transactions. Case examples and applied discussion illustrate how licensed real estate professionals can responsibly expand their scope of practice while remaining compliant with regulatory, contractual, and fiduciary obligations.
This course will not provide CE credits.
