GPAR has partnered with Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy (JBREA) to provide members the opportunity to complete elective continuing education free of charge.

This course takes a deep dive into Fair Housing laws at both the federal and state level. Not only do we discuss the laws and how to follow them, we also cover the history of segregation, housing discrimination, steering, and redlining in America.

• This course will provide 3.5 hours of elective continuing education.
• This course will not provide continuing education credit to those licensed on or after December 1, 2021*
• Pre-registration through GPAR is required to receive your link to the class at no charge.Registration deadline by midnight Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
• Attendees must appear live on camera at all times during the class. Cell phone use or performing other tasks is strictly prohibited during the class.
• Course is FREE to members of GPAR
• Certificate of completion will be received from Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy

*You must have an initial licensure date prior to December 1, 2021, to use this course towards your license renewal (those licensed on or after December 1, 2021, are required to complete the mandatory 14-hours of post licensure coursework for their first renewal. If licensed December 1, 2023, or after, you will not complete continuing education this cycle but still must renew your license by the May 31 deadline.)
