GPAR has partnered with Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy (JBREA) to provide members the opportunity to complete the mandatory portion of continuing education free of charge*.

This course will outline the laws and rules of real estate practice, citing specific case studies that provide examples of disciplinary action and regulatory violations, in order to demonstrate the shared role that everyone in the brokerage has in ensuring compliance for both Brokers and Agents.

• This course will provide 3.5 hours of continuing education and cover the 3-hour mandatory portion.
• Pre-registration through GPAR is required to receive your link to the class at no charge.
• Registration deadline by midnight Thursday, March 1, 2024.
• Attendees must appear live on camera at all times during the class. Cell phone use or performing other tasks is strictly prohibited during the class.
• Course is FREE to members of GPAR.
• Certificate of completion will be received from Janis Benstock Real Estate Academy.

*You must have an initial licensure date prior to December 1, 2021, to use this course towards your license renewal (those licensed after December 1, 2021, are required to complete the mandatory 14-hours of post licensure coursework for their first renewal.)
