The Association values your input and ideas. What better way to have your ideas realized than to join one of our exciting committees? Please review and indicate your preferences 1,2, or 3 identifying your first, second and third choices. We will try and accommodate all requests.Meetings are on a bi-monthly basis.
___ Affordable Housing Task Force- Strives to provide easily accessible affordable housing resources to our members and their diverse clientele.
___ Cultural Diversity Committee- To help REALTORS® understand, reach out to, partner with, and provide service to consumers in today's culturally diverse communities
___ Grievance Committee: ensures that due process is given upon the filing of ethics complaints, arbitration and mediation requests through the services of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee.
___ Government Affairs Committee:monitors City council bills; lobbies for or against local legislation which would effect the rights of private property owners on a local, state and national level, attends fundraisers for local, state and national Legislators as a Key Contact and interacts with Philadelphia City Council on a needed basis.
___ Membership and Education Committee:retention and expansion of membership and programs for GPAR members which would include marketing services, non-dues revenue, trade show. Monitors Continuing Education courses, determines membership needs on a regular basis, schedules programs and inputs on events such as General Membership and New Member Orientation Programs.
___ RPAC Committee: solicits contributions from members to support REALTOR® friendly candidates that run for public office at the local, state and national level.
___ Technology and Public Awareness Committee: seeks to promote a positive image for the Association and its' members via all forms of media as well as bringing the Association and its members current on the latest in the ever-growing Technology industry.

I understand my full participation and attendance are essential elements to the success of any committee. I pledge to do my best to attend all meetings and complete any assignments or responsibility on time. I realize that if I miss three meetings, this will be considered my resignation from the committee.
